Our nail work comes with a 7-day guarantee at Salonki №1: if your polish chips, a nail breaks or the coating lifts or comes off, we fix it free of charge. Nail repair costs €5 per nail together with another treatment and €9 per nail as a separate visit (e.g. outside the guarantee). The salon is at Snellmaninkatu 15 in Kruununhaka, open Mon–Fri 9:00–20:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–18:00.

7-day guarantee on nail work

The guarantee applies to nail work: manicure coatings, gel polish, nail extensions and pedicure coatings. It covers chips, broken nails and lifting or detachment of the coating. If the problem appears within 7 days of your visit, we fix it free of charge.

What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee does not apply to:

mechanical damage or accidents, such as a knock or a nail caught in a door
damage from household chemicals or working without gloves
nail biting, or picking and peeling off the coating
removing or filing the coating yourself
work done or altered in another salon
nails grown clearly longer than the length you chose, as they take more strain
nail or skin conditions and other factors that affect the result

Lashes, brows and permanent makeup

For lash and brow treatments and permanent makeup, we check the result with you before you leave. If anything is not right, let us know within 7 days. Permanent makeup touch-ups follow the schedule given in the price list.

100% sterilisation and disinfection

Safety is the foundation of the salon. Our tools go through three steps:

Tools are cleaned and disinfected after every client.
Metal tools are sterilised in a sterilizer and stored in sealed sterilisation pouches, which are opened in front of you.
Files, buffers and pedicure items are single-use, and every client gets new ones.

Surfaces are also disinfected between clients, and our specialists wear gloves. You can come for hand and foot care with peace of mind.

Quality: trial period and work checks

New specialists' work is monitored during a trial period and its quality is checked, so every client gets the same high standard. Up to three specialists work at once, each in their own field.

Confidentiality

All staff are bound by a confidentiality agreement. What is said in the salon stays in the salon.

Comfort

During a pedicure you sit in a massage chair, with coffee or tea and films or series.
